We Are Digital Vision ("we", "us", "our") operates the website wearedigitalvision.com and develops applications for the Wix App Market, including MomenTik, Creator Hub, KnowIt, Rollover Image Effects, and Button Magic (collectively, "our Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our website and our Apps.

• Third-party API keys: If our Apps require integration with third-party services (such as the Anthropic Claude API), you may provide your own API key. These keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are used solely to make API calls on your behalf. We never share, sell, or use your API keys for any purpose other than providing the service you have requested.

• Third-party account credentials: If you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok) via OAuth, we store the resulting access and refresh tokens in encrypted form. We do not store your TikTok password. Tokens are used solely to perform actions you have authorised (such as uploading content to your TikTok drafts).

• Usage data: How you interact with our Apps, including features used, content generated, and actions taken. This data is used to improve our services and is not personally identifiable.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may collect:

• Pages visited and time spent

• Referring website

This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7 below) and is used for statistical analysis and website improvement. This information does not identify you personally.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

3.1 Services Our Apps Interact With

Our Apps may interact with the following third-party services on your behalf and at your direction:

• Wix: Our Apps run on the Wix platform. Your use of Wix is governed by Wix's own Privacy Policy.

• TikTok: If you connect your TikTok account, our Apps use TikTok's Content Posting API to upload content to your TikTok drafts. We access only the data and permissions you explicitly authorise. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Anthropic (Claude API): If you provide your own Claude API key, our Apps send your site content to Anthropic's API to generate content. This data is subject to Anthropic's API data usage policy. We do not send your personal data to Anthropic; only your site content.

3.2 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

3.3 Limited Disclosure

We may disclose your personal data to:

• Law enforcement agencies where required by law or in connection with the prevention of unlawful activity

• Professional advisers (e.g. legal counsel) where necessary to protect our rights

• Service providers who assist in operating our services, subject to appropriate data processing agreements

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

• Encryption at rest: API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage

• Encrypted storage: All personal data is stored on Wix's secure infrastructure

• Access control: Access to your data is restricted to authenticated sessions and controlled by Wix's permission system

• No plaintext logging: API keys and tokens are never logged in plaintext

• Minimal data retention: We store only the data necessary to provide our services

While we take all reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for as long as you have our Apps installed. When you uninstall an App, your data associated with that App is deleted within 30 days.

• API keys and tokens: Deleted immediately upon disconnection of the relevant service or uninstallation of the App.

• Analytics data: Retained for up to 12 months after the relevant content was posted, then automatically deleted.

• Website usage data: Retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form and may be kept indefinitely for statistical purposes.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data

• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
