Terms of Use

Digital Vision — Wix App Market Applications

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of applications published by Digital Vision on the Wix App Market, including Rollover Image Effects, Button Magic, CreatorHub, KnowIt, Momentik, and WiseLoop (collectively, "the Apps"). By installing any App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Apps.

2. Description of Service

Our Apps are software tools distributed through the Wix App Market that provide:

  • Rollover Image Effects — interactive hover animations and image effects for Wix sites

  • Button Magic — customisable animated buttons and call-to-action elements

  • CreatorHub — multi-platform content aggregation (podcast, YouTube, newsletter)

  • KnowIt — interactive quiz creation with leaderboards, AI generation, and prizes

  • Momentik — AI-powered TikTok content generation from website data

  • WiseLoop — AI content health auditing with scoring and improvement roadmaps

Each App includes a free tier or free trial with basic functionality and optional paid tiers with additional features.

3. Free Trials and Pricing

Some Apps offer free trials:

  • Rollover Image Effects — 14-day free trial, then £3.99/month

  • Button Magic — 14-day free trial, then £6.99/month

  • CreatorHub — Free plan available; Pro at £9/month

  • KnowIt — Free plan available; Premium at $11/month

  • Momentik — 14-day trial; Consumer and Agency tiers

  • WiseLoop — Free plan available; Starter $9.99, Pro $24.99, Agency $49.99/month

All payments are processed through the Wix Billing System. You will not be asked to enter payment information within our Apps or on external websites.

Prices may change with reasonable notice. Price increases apply only to new subscriptions; existing subscribers retain their current pricing for the duration of their billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during setup and configuration

  • Maintain valid API keys if using AI features (BYOK model)

  • Comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms you connect (TikTok, Anthropic, OpenAI)

  • Not use the Apps to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Apps

  • Not use the Apps to collect personal data without appropriate consent from your site visitors

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Apps, including quiz questions, video content, website copy, and design configurations.

Digital Vision retains ownership of the App code, designs, and documentation. The Apps are licensed, not sold. No transfer of intellectual property rights occurs through installation or use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content (quiz questions, TikTok videos, audit suggestions)

  • Availability of third-party services (TikTok API, Claude API, OpenAI API, Cloudflare)

  • Specific business outcomes from using the Apps

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Apps, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using any App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon uninstallation, App data stored in your Wix collections is handled according to Wix’s data retention policies. We do not retain copies of your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the Wix App Market or dashboard.

1. Who We Are

CreatorHub is developed and operated by We Are Digital Vision. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to We Are Digital Vision.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us through your Wix App dashboard.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect data when you install and use the CreatorHub app on your Wix website. It covers:

  • Data we collect about you as an app user (the site owner)

  • Data collected from your website visitors through the App's features

3. Data We Collect About You (Site Owner)

When you install CreatorHub we may collect:

  • Your Wix account identifier and site ID

  • App configuration data (feed URLs, colour settings, plan status)

  • Basic usage data (feature usage, error logs)

We do not collect your name, email address or payment details directly. Billing is handled entirely by Wix.

4. Data Collected From Your Website Visitors

Email addresses If you enable the email capture feature, your website visitors may submit their email address to subscribe to your content. This data is:

  • Stored directly in your Wix Contacts

  • Never accessed or stored by We Are Digital Vision

  • Your sole responsibility as the data controller

You are responsible for:

  • Displaying a compliant privacy notice to your visitors

  • Obtaining valid consent under applicable law including GDPR

  • Honouring unsubscribe requests promptly

  • Maintaining a privacy policy on your own website

Analytics and usage data We do not track or identify individual visitors to your website through the App.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use data we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App

  • Diagnose technical issues and improve performance

  • Communicate with you about the App if necessary

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your data is:

  • Legitimate interests — providing and improving the App

  • Contract performance — delivering the service you have subscribed to

7. Data Retention

We retain app configuration data for as long as you have the App installed. If you uninstall the App, your configuration data is deleted within 30 days.

Email addresses collected through the App's email capture feature are stored in your Wix Contacts and are subject to Wix's data retention policies. We have no access to this data.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Wix Platform — hosting, billing, contacts storage

  • Vercel — RSS proxy service for fetching public feed content

  • YouTube — public feed data via YouTube RSS

These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data we hold. However no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Object to processing

  • Data portability

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or your Wix dashboard. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
