Inspire Elite Growth Seminar

This event has been specifically designed for Inspire Elite members. The seminar will focus on benefitting high-growth businesses, enabling growth and providing focused and useful information essential for business owners and senior managers, including plenty of time for peer to peer networking and support.

The Agenda will be as follows -

9am arrival

9.30am – Rob to present on Scale Up report key findings and proposals for new Elite Peer to Peer events for 2019 and launch of new Non-Executive Director Network, including seeking feedback from the room. Also details on new support programmes and Grants available

10.30am –Financing your business for Growth and/or for exit. Looking at innovative, alternative finance opportunities available with representatives from Shaw and Co; White Oak and Opus

11.15am – Coffee break

11.30am – Discussion on previous item and questions from the floor

12.00 – The importance of a good communication strategy. High profile speaker from the Security services. Details on the day as security clearance needed.

12.30am – Jo Bradshaw, inspirational female Everest summiteer and climber from Salisbury who is currently working towards completing the Messner 7 Summit Challenge. Jo has a business background and since climbing Everest has spoken at events for police forces, the NHS, schools, businesses and charities across the country, and now Inspire Elite members!

We all have our own ‘mountains’ to climb. We often have to borrow to afford to reach ‘the summit’ of our growth ambitions, and without good communications along the way it is easy to stray from our original plan. Confusion can reign and misunderstandings can easily upset and lose the good and supportive people (staff, customers and suppliers) who were helping us to reach the true potential of our businesses.
