WiseLoop — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using WiseLoop (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App. WiseLoop is provided by WiseLoop (“we”, “us”, “our”) and is available through the Wix App Market.

2. Description of Service

WiseLoop is a content diagnostic tool that audits your website’s content across five dimensions (content quality, SEO readiness, content coverage, freshness, and trust signals), generates a health score from 0 to 100, and provides a prioritised improvement roadmap. The App operates entirely within the Wix dashboard and does not modify your live site without your explicit approval.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

The App is available in the following tiers:

• Free: Rule-based content audit, summary health score, and basic improvement roadmap. No AI key required. No cost.

• Pro ($35/month): AI-enhanced audit using your own API key (OpenAI or Anthropic), unlimited audits, detailed roadmap with AI-generated replacement text, Automations integration, and progress tracking. 14-day free trial included.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

The Pro tier requires you to provide your own API key from a supported AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic). You are solely responsible for your relationship with your chosen AI provider, including compliance with their terms of service, usage policies, and any costs incurred through API usage. We do not control, guarantee, or assume liability for any third-party AI provider’s service, availability, or pricing.

5. Content Changes and Approval

WiseLoop may suggest changes to your site’s CMS content. No changes are applied to your live site without your explicit approval. You may approve, skip, or dismiss any suggestion. All approved changes are logged with full before-and-after snapshots. You may roll back any approved change at any time from the Changelog.

6. Data Access

To provide its services, WiseLoop accesses the following data from your site:

• CMS collection content (for audit analysis)

• Form submission data (for signal analysis, Pro tier)

• Inbox conversation data (for signal analysis, Pro tier)

• Site metadata (collection names, field schemas)

7. Intellectual Property

WiseLoop and all associated intellectual property are owned by us. Your site content remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content analysed or modified through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, content errors, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using WiseLoop at any time by uninstalling the App from your site. Upon uninstallation, all WiseLoop data collections (configuration, audit results, suggestions, changelog) are removed from your site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be communicated through app update notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

privacy policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how WiseLoop (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our service through the Wix platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

2. Information We Collect

WiseLoop accesses the following data from your site to provide its services:

• CMS Content: Text content from your site’s data collections, used to perform content audits and generate improvement suggestions.

• Site Metadata: Collection names, field names, and schemas, used to understand your site’s structure.

• Form Submissions (Pro tier): Content of form submissions on your site, used to identify visitor questions and content gaps.

• Inbox Conversations (Pro tier): Content of inbox messages on your site, used to identify recurring visitor enquiries.

• Business Brief: A description of your business that you provide voluntarily, used to personalise AI analysis.

• AI API Key (Pro tier): Your API key for OpenAI or Anthropic, stored encrypted (see Section 5).

WiseLoop does not collect personal information from your site visitors. The App operates entirely in the site owner’s dashboard context and does not interact with or track site visitors.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Perform content audits and calculate your site health score

• Generate improvement roadmaps and content suggestions

• Apply approved content changes to your CMS collections

• Maintain an audit trail of changes for rollback purposes

• Fire automation triggers to integrate with other services you configure

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

Free tier: No data is shared with any third party. All analysis is performed locally using rule-based algorithms with zero external API calls.

Pro tier: CMS content and form/inbox data is sent to the AI provider you explicitly choose and configure (OpenAI or Anthropic) using your own API key. We do not share your data with any other third party. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

All WiseLoop data is stored within the Wix platform in data collections owned by your site:

• AI API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. The encryption secret is stored as a Wix environment variable, never in application code.

• Audit results, suggestions, and changelog entries are stored in Wix Data collections secured by the Wix platform’s built-in access controls.

• No data is stored outside the Wix platform. We do not maintain external databases, servers, or data warehouses.

• Backend operations use Wix’s elevated permissions model (auth.elevate) to ensure only authorised app operations can access data.

6. Data Retention

WiseLoop retains data for as long as the App is installed on your site:

• Audit history: Retained for score trend tracking. Older audits are available for the lifetime of the installation.

• Changelog: Retained permanently (append-only) for rollback integrity.

• On uninstallation: All WiseLoop data collections are removed from your site along with the App.

7. Your Rights and Controls

You have full control over your data:

• Deactivate: Pause the agent at any time from the Setup page.

• Dismiss: Reject any suggestion without it being applied.

• Rollback: Reverse any approved change from the Changelog.

• Delete: Uninstall the App to remove all WiseLoop data from your site.

• Revoke AI access: Remove your API key from the Setup page at any time to stop all AI processing.

8. Cookies and Tracking

WiseLoop does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. The App operates entirely within the Wix dashboard and does not interact with your site’s visitors.

9. Children’s Privacy

WiseLoop is a business tool intended for use by site owners and administrators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through app update notes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
